• Retake the 200-301 CCNA exam.

Cisco also offers associate-level certificates, the DEVASC (Cisco Certified Devnet Associate) and the CBROPS (Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate). Recertifying your CCNA may be done by passing both and earning additional certifications.
