The prerequisite for CCQM certification is that you need to have 8 years of full-time work experience in the construction industry, of which 3 years must be in a "decision-making position." Educational background can be used to offset some work experience requirements (only one option can be selected for deduction)

(2) Training and examinations:
The CCQM certification consists of 165 single-choice questions, 150 of which are scored and 15 of which are non scored prediction questions. The total appointment time for the exam is 4.5 hours, and the actual exam time is 4 hours and 18 minutes.
The exam fee is $533 for ASQ members and $633 for nonmembers. The makeup exam fee is $333.
The exam nature is an open-book exam; candidates can bring their own reference materials (bound).
(3) Qualification maintenance:
The CCQM certificate is valid for 3 years, and the renewal requirement is that you need to accumulate 18 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) during the validity period, submit a renewal application, and pay the renewal fee.
