This article is mainly about my journey to prepare for the CCIE RS exam, including something encountered in my mind and the process of practice. If you want to know some details during the test, you can read this article seriously and consult the SPOTO club .
It takes some seven months to obtain the CCIE RS certification since the beginning of courses. Although I am a student, I can spend almost six hours on the course every day. The reason is that there is a personal spare time in school, so six hours are enough. In addition to the allocation of time, you need to set a time for yourself, when you want to take the exam, this is a key factor in your schedule of time, for which preparation is divided into three stages:
1.Learning and Accumulation Period: the phase is the longest and takes me five months to study. Of course, it isn’t the previous self-study. You have two options to choose from. The first is one-time memory and immediate digestion of understanding, and to achieve habitual memory. The other is to repeat multiple memories and achieve habitual memory; what is the difference between the two?
First of all, the former is more demanding than the latter, but it takes a shorter period, and needs to think and understand immediately after learning and has relevant exercises to consolidate the knowledge (the best time is within 12 hours). And the latter is much easier than the former, the latter is flexible, but time-consuming, and suitable for people to use dispersed time, so I chose the latter.
The most important things are to understand relevant knowledge seriously. If you want to resolve some problems when you meet some unforeseen circumstances, you have better lay a solid foundation.
I want to share my experiences with you. I plan to learn CCNA firstly and don’t consider training. The reason is that relevant online materials are extremely comprehensive. Then, I take part in the test by studying independently(i pass the test once through the repeated practice ).In the beginning, I want to ask teachers who are adept at the test for help, but they can’t give me some advice. Finally, I learn independently by the video.so I lay a solid foundation. The ability to study independently is not shown. When I meet some unknown topics, I just resolve them by my experience. Fortunately, I pass the test and have confidence in the following test. I want to continue the CCNP test through self-study, but some outdated CCNP materials are found online. I plan to find some precise data because of the previous mistakes. What’s more, the price is expensive. Later, I can’t find any materials online, so I find out SPOTO on Baidu and choose to learn CCIE. SPOTO consultants are experienced. i want to thanks SPOTO club for their professional knowledge. 2.Version practice period: This period began to take about a month or so after the project ended. This time is somewhat duplicative with the topic, because the details of the study topic have already begun to practice H1, and then began to watch the video to knock version. Watch out! Although teachers will give you some advice, the practice of this topic depends on your habit. I like watching the video then knock the version by solutions and blindly knock it. My eyes focus on the phase that knocks the version by solutions.it is the phase that I understand the solutions. If you remember this solution, you can blindly knock this version. If you can’t remember clearly the solution and understand the role of the command, then you should watch the video to know the teachers’ explanation, or ask the teachers, if you still do not understand, the only way is to memorize. let this become a habit. There is no problem recorded in the end, it is best to record it with the mobile phone. because it is easy to view the record on the mobile phone. On the other hand, their organized language can deepen the impression of the point of error. of course, repetitive records do not have to repeat, but it needs to pay special attention. in the end, both CFG and TS need to understand the knowledge to better solve the problem. It isn’t so easy for the examination room in ordinary times, and practice the final simulation of the scene of the examination room. The better way is to practice according to standard. When you have finished, you should check your configuration. If you have spare time, you can find some materials on the Taobao. There are many experiences.
3.sprint period: it is time to start your practice after you enter into the herd of sprint time. it takes about a month or so, I have tested in February, but I get into the final group in January. I plan to absorb experience this month and half a month. I have entered the sprint, when I finished the last period of time in preparation for more than half a month to the examination room, here I didn't do anything special to prepare, mainly on version, a day at most two sets of CFG, and two series of TS basic knockdown in two days, the basic three days a rebirth, attention! In this period to slowly start from the speed of practice into a stable. Even if it takes a day to make a CFG without tr, it is still worth it. Last but not least, it is better to communicate with others in the group and learn from experience. The group before my exam scared me half to death.
4.Conclusion: the whole period is divided into three parts: the prior period, middle period and later period. In the prior period, you should strengthen your basic knowledge. I pass the exam because of the participation of the SPOTO club where you will have more opportunities to learn professional knowledge. In the second period, it is necessary for you to practice and understand. The last period is to collect experience and consult other professionals.
