Settle a problem:201
In the early days of cloud computing, most enterprise use cases were ad hoc, driven by developers and business units looking to build around traditional IT procurement processes. Today, organizations must develop a holistic strategy to successfully migrate to a cloud platform. Organizations can put together a combination of key stakeholders and employees with cloud experience, a setup also known as a cloud center of excellence, to develop a strategy based on business objectives. Additionally, a cloud strategy should include a decision-making framework that identifies workload characteristics and how those characteristics will be migrated to the cloud platform.IT leaders and cloud architects must evaluate the risks and benefits and determine how they will manage and secure cloud-based workloads and whether or how those workloads will interact with remaining on-premise assets.
