CCIE is considered to be the most difficult Cisco certification test in the IT industry. It consists of two parts: First one is the written exam while the second one is the Lab exam which would take almost a day. The CCIE written exam would be consisting of multiple-choice questions and fill in the blanks. This exam is considered as a prerequisite before attempting the lab exam. The lab exam is believed to be the toughest and most of those who have cleared it so far have been able to clear it after two or more attempts.
