Before we know the requirements for gaining the CCIE Data Center Certification, it would be better if we clear ourselves with some aspects of it.

Cisco CCIE Data Center certification is going to validate that the expert-level skills required for the designing, planning, implementation and management of complex modern IT data center infrastructure.
Advanced skills are focused on both Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity, storage networking and compute, fabric infrastructure, network services, and orchestration and automation. Knowledge of evolving technologies, and their impact on the architectural framework, implementation, deployment models, and operations–are included in CCIE certification.
The CCIE Data Center practitioner is uniquely qualified so as to play a leadership role in harnessing the evolving technologies and deep domain expertise to meet the business requirements so that they depend on an agile IT infrastructure. Professionals who achieve CCIE Data Center certification have demonstrated their technical skills at the highest level, using best practices for the industry.
Step One: CCIE Data Center Written Exam
You must pass the two-hour, written qualification exam covering concepts and equipment commands related to data center networking infrastructure before you make yourself eligible to schedule the lab exam.
Step Two: CCIE Data Center Lab Exam
CCIE Data Center Lab is a two-part exam which consists of eight-hour that would be testing the candidate's skills in configuring, diagnosing and troubleshooting a complex data center topology. The candidates, who have cleared the written exam, must make an initial attempt of the CCIE Lab Exam within 18-months. Candidates who are unable to clear must reattempt the lab exam within 12 months of their last scored attempt in order for their written exam so as to remain vomit. Candidate must pass the lab exam within three years of passing the written exam; otherwise, the written exam would be needed to be retaken prior to retaking the lab exam.
The two parts to the eight-hour lab exam are to be commenced in sequence during the day of the exam beginning starting with Part 1, which would be Finally, followed by Part 2 are:
Part 1: Diagnostic module which will be consisting of one hour
Part 2: Configuration & Troubleshooting module which will be consisting of seven hours.
In order to gain this Cisco certification, you would have to clear the following exam(s):
CCIE Data Center Written Exam with Exam Code 400-151
The CCIE Data Center Written exam would certify the expert-level skills so as to plan, operate, design, implement, and troubleshoot complex of the Data Center infrastructure. It accesses the candidates’ ability to understand the requirements of Data Centers, such as how different components in the Data Center interoperate, and their ability to translate it into the configurations of another device.
CCIE Data Center Lab Exam
The Lab exam is a regressive eight-hour, hands-on exam which the candidates would require to configure and troubleshoot a series of complex networks that would be given specifications. Knowledge of troubleshooting would be considered as an important skill and candidates are expected to analyze and solve issues as part of the CCIE Data Center Lab exam.
Prerequisites:
While there are no official prerequisites for CCIE Data Center certification, the candidates are expected to have an in-depth understanding of the exam topics and are strongly encouraged to have about eight years of job experience before attempting this certification. Other professional certifications or training courses wouldn’t be required. Instead, candidates are required to first pass the CCIE Data Center Written Exam, and then the corresponding CCIE Data Center Lab Exam.
