What is Oracle?
The Oracle Certification Program would be certifying that the candidates on skills and knowledge related to Oracle products as well as technologies. An exam voucher would be able to purchase from Oracle University or the candidate would be able to register for and pay for the exam directly on the Pearson VUE website without a voucher. What Is a Certified Information Systems Auditor?
Certified Information Systems Auditor otherwise known as the CISA Certification program would be referred to a designation, which would be issued by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association otherwise known as ISACA. This designation is considered to be the global standard for professionals who would have a career in information systems, in particular, auditing, security, and control. CISA holders would be able to demonstrate to the employers that they have acquired the knowledge, technical skills, as well as proficiency so as to meet the dynamic challenges which are being faced by the modern organizations.
Work Experience Requirements for CISA:
CISA candidates would be required to have a minimum of five years of professional experience in information systems control, auditing, or security. There are several work experience substitutions as well as waivers up to a maximum of three years which the candidates would be able to satisfy by:
• Having a maximum of one year of information systems experience OR one year of non-information systems experience of auditing. (Substitutes one year of work experience.)
• Having Sixty to 120 completed university semester credit hours.
• Acquiring a master’s or bachelor’s degree from a university which would be sponsored by the ISACA programs, which would waiver one year of work experience.
• Acquiring a master’s degree in information security or information technology certified from an ISACA accredited university, which would result in a waiver of one year experience.
