The computer cannot be divided into the following reasons, the system's IP settings, network card, MODEM, and line faults. To troubleshoot hardware and line problems, we can use the Ping command to quickly detect network conditions

Step 1: First, we click on the start of the system, enter the cmd command in the run bar, the DOS window in the operating system will pop up, here we can input various DOS commands intuitively and conveniently.

Step 2: Next, we can input Ping 127.0.0.1 in DOS. The address is a local loop address. If the address cannot be pinged, it indicates that the local machine TCP/IP protocol is not working properly.

Step 3: If the above operation is successful, you can ping through, then we can enter ipconfig to view the local IP address, and then ping the IP (192.168.1.114). The general rule indicates that the network adapter (network card or MODEM) is working properly. The network adapter is faulty.

Step 4: Then Ping the IP of a computer on the same network segment. If it does not work, it indicates that the network line is faulty. If the network also contains a router, you should first ping the IP address of the router on the local network port. If there is no problem, the line has a problem. The general rule then pings the port IP of the router on the network segment where the target computer is located. If it does not work, the route is faulty; the general pings the IP address of the destination machine.

Step 5: Finally, detect a network with a DNS service. After you ping the IP address of the target computer in the previous step, you still cannot connect to the machine. You can ping the network name of the machine. The URL will appear normally. The IP pointed to, this indicates that the local DNS settings are correct and the DNS server is working properly. Otherwise, one of them may be faulty; the same can be used to detect the WINS resolution failure (WINS resolves the computer name to IP). Address service.
