The exam fee is approximately $249 for ASQ members and $398 for nonmembers. 

(3) Qualification maintenance:

The validity period of a CQPA certificate is 3 years; you need to accumulate 18 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) within the validity period, submit a renewal application, and pay the renewal fee.
