The certification from PMI (Project Management Institute) is considered to be of quite high value in the industry. If one would be willing to go for a PMI Certification, why should one deny going for a PMP but an ACP certification? There would be several significant differences between PMP as well as PMI-ACP certifications<\/a><\/em><\/strong>. Before we discuss the difference between both of them, you need to know that both the certifications are pretty much tough to obtain unless you have the help of experts like that you could find at the SPOTO Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approach Difference<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Agile, you would be learning about risk management from the agile perspective, while PMP would give you an insight into risk management on a global basis. Agile is considered to be nowadays getting into every industry. For instance, let\u2019s talk about the construction industry. The days are gone when a constructor would be saying that the possession of the buildings or the houses would be given when the project is considered to be ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, the constructors would be focused on one tower at a time. They would be able to complete one tower, including all the cosmetic and other construction things related to one tower; only when it is considered to be ready, and the possession would be given, they would be moving to the second tower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In most cases, their focus is considered to give away the possession of one tower, so that they would have the name and the fame. People could get into it and see the construction. These days, it\u2019s considered to be very rare to find constructors working on 5-6 towers at a time, and people would be gaining possession of none of the towers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So you are required to decide what your plan is and what is that you wish to get into. Agile could be the choice if you want to ensure efficient delivery. At the same time, PMP could be considered the one if you wish to learn how to integrate the different forms of project management and how you would want to solve the dependency out of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
